David Grisamore began his law practice in West Town/Wicker Park in 1996 immediately upon graduation from DePaul University College of Law. After several years of representing developers in new construction and condominium conversions he moved his office to Chicago’s Loop.

Since the late 90′s The Law Offices of David T. Grisamore have expanded the practice to include:
business litigation, real estate transactions, real estate litigation, commercial litigation including jurisdictional motions and motions to dismiss, receiverships, representation of lenders, representation of foreclosure, trustees secured transactions and title disputes.
